Below  is a brief history of the C&S fold...
The Cherubim and Seraphim movement church, also known as the C&S, is a church denomination in Nigeria that was founded by Moses Orimolade Tunolase on September 9 1925. Orimolade received considerable media attention when he healed a girl, Christina Abiodun Akinsowon, from a long-term trance in which she could neither speak nor hear. After the healing event, Orimolade Tunolase and Abiodun Akinsowon teamed up, as father and adopted daughter, and offered their services to heal and pray for people.
The Cherubim and Seraphim group have dreams and visions that facilitate the connection of God and humanity. In 1925, they said that Jesus Christ had directed them to name their circle of followers seraphim, after an angel they claimed to have seen in their dreams. Two years later, they added "Cherubim" to the name of their church, making their congregation the Cherubim and Seraphim.

Baba Olori condemns police brutality, supports agitation against SARS

The Supreme Head, Cherubim & Seraphim Unification Church of Nigeria, Dr, Prophet Solomon Adegboyega Alao has drummed support for the Nigerian youths in their protest against police brutality and extra judicial killings by the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS).The clergyman said, "Let's commend our youths for their patriotic agitation against police brutality and extortion in Nigeria. I think Police need to be reformed and flush out the bad eggs in the system.Baba Olori, however, appealed to the protesting youths to be peaceful in their conduct and avoid confrontation with the security agencies to prevent loss of lives and properties. He also warned against the use of white garment by C & S youths for the protest just as he warned them not to do anything that will tarnish the image of the church. TAMPAN to sanction members over misuse of white garment

Theater Arts and Motion Picture Producers Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) says it won't hesitate to sanction members who portray the white garment churches in bad light. President of the association, Otunba Bolaji Amusan, better known as "Mr. Latin" made this known following an inquiry by Seraph Bloggers. The media group penultimate week frowned at the habitual misuse of white garment by Nigerian entertainers. In what was contained in a release titled: "Gross Misrepresentation Of The White Garment Churches", the group says it won't cease to contribute its quota in checkmating the ugly trend. While calling his attention to a music video making the rounds which featured a member of the association who donned a white garment with questionable dance steps, Amusan claimed he was unaware of the video. Yes churches are raising young Leaders

Today, youth in the white garment fold are breaking grounds with a lot of different accomplishment with the likes of Yetunde inherited, Adedayo Sekere, Emmanuel Adewoyin, Aniyi Kehinde, Eri Selika,Dayo Oyewo,iamnueladeyeye, and many more. Leaders/elders in the fold, have a lot of important roles to play, they need to encourage and guide us in the right path. For instance, we are losing the youths to other denominations at a record pace. But aside from those situations, we can make the necessary adjustments to keep rising up new generations of leaders. They need to give us a foundation to build on, and not an anchor that drags us down, it is the responsibility   of the elders to lighten the load, not weigh them down with unnecessary rules. A healthy church needs every part operating at its best capacity and in its strongest functions. Both young and old. We are the leaders of tomorrow  We are destined to be great……
